Member Preview: Spring Exhibitions
The Henry Board of Trustees and Kris Lewis, John S. Behnke Director, cordially invite Henry members to a private preview of the museum’s newest exhibition, Eric-Paul Riege:ojo|-|ólǫ́.
ojo|-|ólǫ́ is the Riege’s largest solo exhibition to date, featuring sculpture, textiles, collage, and video rooted in Diné cultural memory and processes that question the (re)production of Indigeneity. The artist will be present!
See the art, enjoy drinks, mingle with friends, and spark new conversations!
Members are invited to stay for the Public Opening from 7–9 PM.
To mark the opening weekend, the Henry invites you to Eric-Paul Riege: Durational Performance + Talk. An immersive performance by Eric-Paul Riege. Working in close concert with exhibition objects, Riege utilizes performance as a means of care and relationality among materials and objects.
After the performance, Riege will be joined by co-curators, Thea Quiray Tagle and Nina Bociznik, for an in-depth conversation about the connections among his research, practice, and performance.
Henry Art Gallery is accessible to all visitors. Please notify the staff of any special needs or concerns when planning to attend this event.
