    Internet Meditation

Internet Mediation guides participants through a mindful digital art experience. Responding to our cultural attachment to the internet and technology, this series reflects upon our interactions with technology, diminishing attention spans, and use of the physical body.
Led by new media curator and Video//Yoga Instructor Julia Greenway, the October session of Internet Meditation invites participants to practice yoga and mindfulness from a visual perspective. In dialogue with video art projections, participants will be lead through breathing, mindfulness, and yogic eye exercises in an effort to reconsider the practice of seeing and experiencing digital art.
