    Qi Gong

This three-session series will focus on the Qi Gong practice of "Eight Treasures," an eight-movement form to support and heal joints and tendons. We will also practice Qi Self-Massage and other short Qi Gong exercises. No prior experience is required.
Carla Wiechman, LMP, is an avid practitioner of Qi Gong and meditation. As a licensed health care professional, she guides and supports you in opening your innate healing capacities. Carla is a Master Teacher Graduate of Ling Gui International School of Qi Gong.
