OPENING WEEKEND: Social Hour with The Black Tones and a Mickalene Thomas curated playlist

Join us for an early evening of music, drinks, and art as we kick-off the opening of MUSE: Mickalene Thomas Photographs and tête-à-tête. Enjoy a special performance by The Black Tones at 4 p.m., followed by a playlist of musical favorites curated by Mickalene Thomas. Explore the exhibition, meet new friends, and rock out!
The Black Tones consists of founders/twin siblings Eva Walker on guitar/vocals, Cedric Walker on drums, and Robby Little on the bass. Born and raised by first generation Seattleites, the Walker twin’s honed their sound from their family’s original New Orleans roots, crediting them for their unique musical style of Rock n Roll. A goody bag of BLUES, PUNK and BLACK POWER!
