    Opening Weekend: Between Bodies

Join us for an Opening Weekend full of activities to celebrate our new exhibition Between Bodies!
Throughout the weekend, there is opportunity to engage with exhibiting artists, pick up tools to expand your speculative imagination, and enjoy time with fellow arts enthusiasts and friends.

    SAT, OCT 27
1–3 PM Workshop: Speculative & Collaborative Writing
    • Imagine alternative ways of being through speculative fiction in an hour-long workshop designed by artist Caitlin Berrigan and led by Mita Mahato. Join at 1 PM or 2 PM, first come, first served.

3 PM Artists in Conversation: Abraham Avnisan, Caitlin Berrigan, micha cárdenas, and Patrick Staff
    • Thea Quiray Tagle moderates a conversation with artists exhibiting in Between Bodies, and explores intersecting themes within the show including contamination, expanded forms of agency, and future imaginaries within shifting environmental ecologies.
    4–6 PM Social Hour
    • Taste a special anti-androgen herbal tonic created by artists Patrick Staff and Candice Lin and enjoy music selected by Chong the Nomad. Members receive two free drink tickets.
    SUN, OCT 28
