    Re/frame: Still Motion (noon session)

*This program will be held via Zoom.*

Join Ann Poulson, the Henry’s Associate Curator of Collections, for an interactive online session to take a closer look at objects in the museum’s collection.
Usually when we think about movement we think about things that, well, move. But how do you show movement in a static image? What are some of the tricks, strategies, and traditions that artists have used, and continue to use, to portray subjects in motion?
Re/frame is a recurring program that delves into the Henry's extensive collection, highlighting a different group of objects each month. Join us for group discussions and the opportunity to see art rarely on public view.
    CREDITS

The 2020-21 Re/frame series is made possible with a generous gift from T. William and Beatrice Booth.
