Internet Meditations: Nat Evans

Internet Meditations guide participants through a considered and mindful new media art experience to heighten wellness. Referencing our cultural attachment to the internet and personal devices, this program aims to recalibrate our daily practices of interacting with technology which are deeply marked by a diminished attention span and reduced use of our physical body.

The June meeting, facilitated by Nat Evans, is titled One Stick Gong and invites participants to explore the outer reaches of online sharing through a series of text and sonic directives. Sounds and scents drift through the entire session to tie the experience together.
