In The Field with AgePride: Tour the Henry

We’ve teamed up with University of Washington community partner AgePRIDE-Healthy Generations to provide museum tours for adults aged 55 or older.

Older adults are invited to experience the transformative power of contemporary art and ideas through tours of the museum's exhibitions with the Henry Art Liaisons. The Henry Art Liaisons (HALs) are a diverse and creative community of undergraduate student interns who aim to change the practice and future of museums. Their tours center intergenerational exchange and include small group explorations of the exhibitions with large group discussions to share perspectives and learnings.

Attendees are invited to be active participants in an intergenerational exchange with the HALs and bring their life experiences, expertise, and emotions about the exhibitions to co-create knowledge about contemporary art.
