ArtVenture: Poster Party - Henry Art Gallery

Celebrate! Start a movement! This workshop will invite families to think about events, passions, and ideas to be celebrated through posters. Experiment with collage, lettering, and design tricks to create powerful signs. Where will you share yours?

ArtVentures encourage families to think about art in new ways. Each month we take a big idea and explore it through playful and experimental activities. Drop in anytime between 1 and 3 p.m.!

2017-2018 ArtVentures are co-designed and facilitated by artist Mita Mahato and Michelle Hagewood, associate curator of public and youth programs, and Melinda D. Rukavina, program assistant for public and youth programs. This year’s workshops are sponsored by Microsoft.
