    Artist Talk: Jason Hirata

    Jason Hirata, 2015 Brink Award recipient, will introduce his artistic practice investigating our networked society and globalized economy. He will then discuss the ideas driving his exhibition with University of Washington professor Chandan Reddy, who studies the racial, sexual, and global violence that constitutes our U.S. culture and society.
    Chandan Reddy is the author of Freedom with Violence: Race, Sexuality, and the US State (2011).
