    the Nile Project

ArtBreaks are facilitated gallery experiences led by a variety of artists, scholars, and community members.
Egyptian ethnomusicologist Mina Girgis and Ethiopian-American singer Meklit Hadero co-founded the Nile Project to address the Nile basin's cultural and environmental challenges using an approach that combines music, education, and an innovation platform.
During this ArtBreak Mohamed Abozekry (lute), Jorga Mesfin (saxophone), and Sophie Nzayisenga (inanga, vocals) will play an offering to the animals in the common S E N S E.
