In conjunction with TEN: Seattle Print Arts 2010 Anniversary on view at the Kirkland Arts Center, May 14 through June 5, the Henry Art Gallery presents a lecture by Michael Darling, the Jon and Mary Shirley Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art at the Seattle Art Museum entitled Pulp Friction: Expanding the Definition of “Works on Paper”.

Pulp Friction considers contemporary artists working on paper today, with an emphasis on those who are treating paper in an innovative and ambitious way.

This lecture is presented in partnership with Kirkland Arts Center and Seattle Print Arts
